Your wedding bouquet has the ability to perfectly accent your bridal style, but it can also overwhelm your look entirely. Lush, fluffy arrangements have long-been a bridal mainstay, but now a smaller, daintier option has become one of our new favorite ways to bundle blooms as you walk down the aisle.
So why do we love these miniature arrangements? For one, they're a great way to shave big bucks off your floral budget without scarifying style. Since a posy is truly just an arrangement of fewer flowers, you can still select a bloom you love without shelling out tons of money. Also, a more compact bouquet is less overwhelming. Since a larger arrangement can unintentionally block what is often the prettiest part of your gown, a posy is a great option for brides-to-be that want to showcase their wedding dress. Another plus? A posy is the type of bouquet you'll actually tote around all night long.
And a posy is fit for just about any wedding style. While we love the look of relaxed, rustic mixes in these smaller arrangements, there are also tons of ways to make them formal, traditional, or totally glamorous.
